Payment and Fees

Our firm charges a flat fee to handle most criminal defense matters. These fees can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on the specific charges, case complexity, and expected trial and trial prep time (if necessary). More serious charges may warrant the use of expert witnesses and tests, which will be included in the overall legal fees.

Some cases require full upfront payment, while other may be handled with an initial retainer fee, followed by agreed upon payments toward the balance. Our offices accept the following forms of payment:
